It's interesting to note that Facebook has become the number one social networking site. What I want to know is, is it possible to hack Facebook. A number of my friends have said that their pages have been hacked and messages sent to their friends, that were definitely not from them. How is this possible ? I was under the impression that FB was impervious to hacking. Does anyone know how secure this site is in terms of privacy of communication. If Google release a social networking site, perhaps they could market theirs on the basis of being very secure and make it so as well. My nephew is in IT, and he says anything is hackable. It's a frightening thought.Link: On Google and Social Networking (social networks); Webm

Each time you or even one of your friends in Facebook adds an application, a post will surely appear on home page's news feeds each and every time the apps would be used. It's quite annoying but you have the option block them at your will, if you want to. You can hide feeds by simply dragging your cursor one and click on the "hide" link that would appear on the right top corner of the feed. The setting of applications can be tweaked by editing each apps settings on the "Application Setting", of your account. More discussion on this, on the link below.
